I have a VISUALOCK for my XD .40 sub compact and it is a great lock and easy to install, i'm looking into getting another for my .45.
I only have one minor issue with the lock I got for the .40 sub compact, for my sub compact being a Springfield XD, the cartridge fits in the breech for the most part but it doesn't go in all the way, the O-ring does go in but it's that last bit where it flares and it is restricting the slide from sliding all the way completely, other than that, it's a great lock.

I'd like to give a personal hands-on review, but I haven't got my hands on them yet. I'm sure once they're shipped it'll take 2-3 days to arrive. Then my air-travel hardware kit will be complete. Until then, I'll continue to wait...

Easy to use, easy to make ready |

Visualock is the easiest gun lock to use, and the easiest (for the owner) to unlock and make the gun ready for use.
Just like the videos show, its EASY.
I use it on my .357 revolver, and my .45 and 9mm semi-auto pistols. I have also shown my friends who have guns with no external safeties (like Glock and Springfield XD) that they can safely keep their guns loaded and ready for use at home, while still keeping them safe from unauthorized use and curiosity seekers (kids).
Hands-down, the best gun lock out there that allows security and ease of operation.
